Common questions
What’s your fee?
A flat 10% of the final sale price — and only when your racket actually sells. No listing fees, no upfront cost.
How long until it sells?
Varies — popular models go in days, niche ones can take weeks. We don’t charge for storage, so there’s no clock on it.
What if you don’t accept it?
If we can’t list your racket (very rare), we cover return shipping. No charge.
What condition do you accept?
Like-new, used and well-used are all fine — we list each with honest condition notes. Heavily damaged rackets we usually can’t take.
Can I get it back if it doesn’t sell?
Yes — ask any time. We post it back at our cost on the first request, your cost after that.
When do I get paid?
Bank transfer within a few days of the sale, after the buyer’s return window closes.
