Are your rackets new or pre-owned?
Both. We stock new rackets from the leading brands and a hand-picked range of pre-owned ones, each condition-graded so you know exactly what you're getting.
How do you check pre-owned rackets?
Every pre-owned racket is inspected by a player, graded honestly, and photographed — including any marks — before it's listed. If we wouldn't play with it, we won't sell it.
How much is delivery?
Free UK delivery on orders over £100. Everything else ships at a flat rate, dispatched the next working day.
What's your returns policy?
14-day no-questions returns on every order. If a racket doesn't feel right when you play, send it back.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the UK. Get in touch if you're elsewhere and we'll see what we can do.
How does selling my racket work?
Send us the details and a few photos, we value it, and once you're happy you post it in. We list, photograph and sell it for you, then pay you out — a flat 10% fee, only when it sells. There's more on the Sell your racket page.

How do I book a coach?
Browse the coaches on our Book a coach page, pick one near you, choose a time and pay securely online.

Email us the details via the Tournaments page and we'll add it to the directory for free.
