Don't play padel in running shoes

Padel is all stop-start sprints, lunges and quick changes of direction, and running shoes simply aren't built for it. Proper padel shoes give you the lateral grip, stability and cushioning to move safely and protect your ankles and knees, with outsoles made for the court surface. It's the upgrade most players feel the fastest.
